This Month i have used, Once upon a Princess and Happily Ever after, I hope you enjoy them!

I made this birthday card for one of Cassidy's Friends, i have used the tag feature on once upon a princess to create the layer behind the stamped imagine.

I also thought i would show you this banner that i made for Cassidy's 5th birthday, turned out so well!!! I made several of the princess's for on the ends, for Cassidys 6th birthday its Cinderella themed so i am going to take these princess's off and put Cinderellas on :)

Speaking of Cinderella, here are the invites i have made for the party! I have ised Cinderlla from Happily Ever after, I used the Imagine to layer the image and Printed as one layer :)

Now For my Projects, i Chose Paper Doll Dress ups, Baby Steps and Floural Embellished:

I LOVE how this card turned out, I have used the 6x6 Kaiser Bubblegum hills paper pad and various bright cardstocks. The Flower is cut at 3.5 IN

I went with a Side stepper for this card.

Baby Steps:

I have used Washi Tape from Sawyers Palace for the Polka dot boarder!!! How cute!!!

Happy Birthday Grandad

My Grandad's Birthday is in a few weeks.. He Loves The Phantom, so i thought i would make him a Phantom card!
I just googled for a Pictued i liked and printed it onto photo paper, then just assembled as i would any card!

Im not a big fan of boy cards/layouts as i like doing pretty girly things with bling and glitz, but like how this has come out!!

The font used is from Pooh Font and Welded using the Gypsy, the papers are from creative memories..

Here is my project that i created, it is also a wedding card that i am sending over to Erica!!

I have used Elegant Edges and Tie the Knot cricut cartridges.

Base: 5x5in

Purple Embossed 4.5x4.5

Elegant edges fram cut from Silver Bazzil Bling 4.7in

Letters M And E were cut at 2 in and the & at 1.2 in

Erica's Craft Room Blog Hop

OMG im so EXCITED to be apart of this FANTASTIC blog Hop!!!

I have been Dying to share these projects with you all!!!

The Cartridges I have chosen for this hop are:

Winnie the Pooh Font
Baby Steps
Elegant Edges And
Damask Decor

First up Damask Decor. I came across a website where they were using the negatives from cuts and thought it was a fantastic idea!!!

The card size is 5.5 x 5.5 In, and the Damask was cut at 4 In, it is then POP up with foam Mount, and to set it up have added a few Kaiser Craft Pearls.

Next up Winnie The Pooh FONT

I decided to create a baby layout for this one, i still havnt chosen the right photos!!! I wanted to go a little differnt and Change the colour of Winnie the Pooh to brown to make it more of a gereral Teddy bear!!

The title "Sleeping All night" Is from the Baby Steps Cartridge, the clouds are from Create a Critter and have been shaped with the Gypsy.
And of course the bear is from Winnie the pooh FONT.

The papers are by Kaiser Craft.

Next up Baby Steps, This was such a quick and Easy card, just add a embossed back ground and you have a stunning quick card!!

Add a couple of flowers, bling and kindy glitz and your done!!!

Next up Elegant edges, again very plain but i jsut LOVE this page, the Bling Cardstock is from a DCWV paper pad! I have also Used Lifes a Beach for the sea shells and Hello kitty font for the title.

Gypsy Stand

Just thought i would show you this nifty idea!
I was always proping up my G so while going through some boxes the other day found these that i brought AGES ago, from jsut the cheapie $2 shops and it worked perfectly for stand the G up! I think there called plate stands!!!

Yes!!!!! my New baby is here (E2) YAY YAY YAY

Now after reading alot of posts on the Cricut Messageboard i was getting very Worried......
I had read that peoples lights havnt worked, the machines froze during updates etc etc.
I HAVE to say everything is PERFECT!!!!!!!
The Light works, the updates went perfect and took 10mins IF THAT!! Cuts from the gypsy beautifuly!!!

I AM SO HAPPY hehehehehe

WOW!!! What a productive day i have had! Finished the calendar, made the box and now a matching card!! its the same as the one i did a little while ago but i really LOVED it so thought i would make one to match!!!!

How To Make a Cute Flower

Hi Everyone,
I thought i would share some photos of how to make the really cute flower i shared with you the other day!
I was making a box to put my mum's mothers day gift in and thought the flower would make a really great embelishment!!!

I have used Mothers Bouquet to cute the flower layers:

I am LOVING this cartridge! So great for making 3D flowers! I Purchased my Cartridge From Belinda on Ebay Click HERE to visit her store, she has AMAZING Price for in Australia on all Cricut Items, if she doesnt have it listed send her a message!

1. Cut 6 of the same flower at varying sizes, i start with 2.5in and went down in size to 1.6in
2. Using Versa Mark Watermark Stamp pad ink around the edges of the flowers, it gives a great contrasting colour!
3. Using A large Ball embossing tool (Or i have been using my Basic Grey Rubon Tool that has a ball point on one end!!!!) Shape the flower petals.

4.To give the flowers more shape i pinch the middle of each petal

5. You then start layering the flowers gluing as you go, when you get to the last 2 you will need to squeeze them more together.
6. You then get your finished flower

These look great on Cards that you can hand deliver, i think they would be too bulky for the mail or scrapbooking layouts!!

I have used this one on a box i made for my Mums Mothers day gift

Grandma's birthday Gift

Hi Everyone!!
My Gran had talked about making a Perpetual Calendar for a few months, so the other day when i was thinking about what to get/make her for her Birthday i asked if she had gotten around to make one! She said NO!!! So this is what i came up with for her!!

Here are somw quick insturctions:
1. Create the calendar pages in Microsoft word.
2. Cover Chipboard covers with Pattern Paper, and Embelish
3. Embelish Calendar pages
4. Bind your pages together

Easy Peezy!!!

I ordered the Cricut Expressions 2 :O
The lovely Terri from Stamps Alive in the US has kindly brought it for me when it Launched on HSN Yesterday!
It is due to arrive to her on the 5th May 2011 (MY BIRTHDAY) how cool would it have been to get that on my actual bday!!!!!!

I didnt NEED a new machine! I just WANTED to get it! It looks awesome :) For now i will keepy my E so i can still keep cutting with you know what...............

Handmade Flower

I made this flower the other night!
I used a flower off the mothers day bouqut Cartridge, and cut 6 flowers each slightly smaller, i then shaped it with my Ball Point Rubon tool, and inked the edges to give some contrast!

WOW!!! My First Blog Entry!!!
Today I went to the kmart Toy Sale, and put on layby prezzies for cass and riley,deacon,and nicoles 2 little girls, Oh And brought mick and i a new Psp2 Pink because our one died on us, and a few games, mick got his Pimp My Ride and Fast and furious, i got The Sims 2 And Some expansion packs!! Now Just got to Pay Off this $500+ Layby Before Xmas Eve..... LoL

Just got off the phone to the Lovely Maria Over at the Blumars Craft Forum, Had A Great chat about the site and the up comming retreat in April 2008!!!
Also She Shared A Site Which Has How To Make A Jacobs Ladder, Flip And Fold!

Ok thats it from me for now, got to figure out the rest of this blogging website and get myslef ready for the crop tomorrow night!!
